Before you get started
What does the plan cost?
The planned price is $299 USD per month per company, with unlimited staff accounts. Subscription payments are not active yet. Submitting an onboarding request does not start a subscription or take a payment.
What can I try today?
The interactive demo uses fictional records. Try the daily plan, pipeline, proposals, and aerial visit queue. Demo edits stay in your browser and do not create a paid account or contact anyone.
What should I expect from aerial imagery?
Included U.S. public aerial imagery is useful for reviewing properties and planning visits. It can be several years old and may not show individual shingles. Check the image date and resolution, then inspect the property before making a damage claim.
Is the AI connected?
AI activation and live testing are still pending. Saved photos and manual tools remain available. AI outputs will need review for accuracy, measurements, code requirements, and suitability for the job.
How will billing be managed?
Once activated and tested, the company owner will use the Subscription screen and Stripe’s hosted billing portal to manage the account. Cancellation and refund terms will be published before paid subscriptions open.
Can I export my records?
Company workspaces include property-record exports and a file manifest. You can download original files. Read access and downloads remain available after subscription expiry.
